Lerniva

Terms of use

Safe social learning terms

These terms govern use of Lerniva across the public website, mobile app, and admin-supported learning platform. They are built around the platform vision of safe, inclusive, AI-guided social learning.

Platform rules

The terms are built to protect healthy learning

The platform rules focus on educational value, safer participation, accountability, and protection for learners and communities.

01

Healthy learning only

Posts, comments, discussions, chat messages, images, notes, and videos must be educational in nature and healthy for learning. Sexual content, abusive content, harassment, predatory behaviour, hate, graphic exploitation, and non-educational harmful uploads are not allowed.

02

AI safety screening and moderation

Lerniva may screen public and private learning interactions with automated safety systems and human moderation. Unsafe or low-quality content can be blocked before publishing, sent to review, unpublished after repeated reports, restricted, or escalated to administrators.

03

Community reporting and automatic enforcement

Users can report harmful content or unsafe behaviour. Reported content may be auto-unpublished after repeated valid reports. Accounts may be restricted after repeated abuse reports and banned after more severe or repeated violations.

04

Mentors, educators, and identity tags

Lerniva may show role and trust tags so learners can see whether they are interacting with a student, educator, mentor, or restricted account. Verified and safety-related labels are part of the trust and protection model of the platform.

05

Appeals and pleas

Restricted or banned users may submit a plea for review. Pleas can be analysed with AI assistance and routed to administrators with recommended actions, but final moderation decisions remain subject to platform governance and safety priorities.
